What this website collects, why, and the choices you have. In short: the contact form is the only thing that gathers your information, and it is used only to reply to you.

Who is responsible for your data

This website, ankitvala.com, is published by Stucare Innovation and Creation Private Limited, whose registered office is at Office No. 108, 4th Floor, Tanvi The Platina Complex, SV Road, Dahisar East, Mumbai 400068, Maharashtra, India. What we collect

The only place this site collects personal information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive the details you choose to enter: your name, your email address or phone number (at least one, so a reply can reach you), optionally your organisation, the type of enquiry, and your message. The page you sent the enquiry from is recorded alongside it so we have context for your request.

We do not run analytics, advertising or social-media tracking scripts, and the site sets no cookies on your device when you browse it. There is a single sign-in cookie used by the site owner’s private admin area; it is never set for visitors to the public site.

How your enquiry is used and stored

We use what you send only to read and respond to your enquiry. When you submit the form, the enquiry is recorded on our server and a copy is emailed to our team so we can reply. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you marketing.

Who processes it on our behalf

Two service providers handle data strictly to run this site and deliver your enquiry to us:

Vercel — hosts the website and processes the request when you load a page or submit the form.
ZeptoMail (Zoho) — delivers the notification email that carries your enquiry to our team.

These providers act on our instructions and only to the extent needed to provide their service. No other third party receives your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will remove it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the enquiry we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To make any of these requests, email ceo@stucares.com from the address you contacted us with, and we will act on it.

Children

Several of the Stucare brands serve students, but this website is aimed at a general and professional audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through its contact form. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and the contact form is protected against automated abuse. No method of transmission or storage is ever perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us.

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. This policy was last updated on 3 September 2026.
